The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

I faced significant noise issues from the trams that passed right outside my window. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor, and there was a noticeable musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. The cleaning standards were not up to par, as I noticed dirt in the corners and surfaces that had not been wiped down properly.

Units with shared bathroom. The hotel had the best possible and prime location near Se. The venue was in an interesting area, close enough to plaza, both public transport and taxi, and the 28 tram passing by...

All in all everything was amazing, had a very very good stay for more than 2-3 nights. The location was best possible and prime, right by restaurants as well as Right next to St Anthony church and easily accessible. When it was cold outside we decided to visit Allfama Too, nice place to chill.

The location is amazing, just steps away from the cathedral, which gave me easy access to all the city highlights. My room had a nice ambiance, although it could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. The staff were really good, especially Laura, who offered fantastic local tips and even helped me figure out where to rent bikes.

The location offers easy access to public transportation and city highlights. The staff goes above and beyond, especially one who provided excellent assistance during a minor car rental issue. On a less positive note, the shared kitchen could benefit from better organization, and noise from the street was sometimes disruptive at night. While the room had a nice view, the need for clearer cleaning schedules was apparent.

I stayed in the Double Room with Kitchenette for 2 nights. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days! Room was clean, and the kitchenette was handy, but the walls were pretty thin, so I could hear a lot from other rooms. The tram noise was also noticeable when trying to relax. The location was spot on for exploring Lisbon though, with Tram 28 stopping right outside.
